Job Tittle - General Manager of Production Job Location - Hendersonville, TN Client Summary - We are producing the highest quality window and door products in the industry. Position Summary: • Oversee all aspects of vinyl window and door production operations, including maintenance, receiving, material handling, inventory, and shipping. • Responsible for meeting safety, quality, efficiency, scheduling, and cost objectives. • Lead by example and maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive work culture. Core Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day production scheduling and operations of the production team. • Develop systems/processes to track and optimize productivity. • Create, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures consistent with company policy. • Train, mentor, and develop production staff. • Interview, hire, and recommend pay adjustments for production associates. • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. quality, customer service) to address operational challenges. • Recommend and lead continuous improvement initiatives to senior leadership. • Manage the production operations budget. Ideal Candidates - • Minimum of 5+ years of production leadership experience, ideally in the fenestration (windows/doors) industry. • At least 10+ years in a manufacturing environment. • Experience with ERP systems. • Lean Manufacturing experience (or continuous improvement methodology). • Proven project management experience, including budget ownership. Preferred Qualifications (Not required) - • Spanish language Preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred Thank you
