We are looking for a Director of New Store Openings (NSO) — a seasoned operator with strong QSR multi-unit experience who can spearhead every new location launch, build high-performing teams from scratch, and ensure operational readiness across two major markets. YOUR MISSION As the Director of New Store Openings, you will own the entire lifecycle of launching every new Brewtopia 7 Brew stand across New York and Michigan. From pre-construction readiness to hiring, training coordination, equipment setup, marketing integration, and grand opening execution — you are the engine that gets our stands open on time and operating at world-class levels on day one. You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Training, Marketing, HR, and the Support Center to ensure every stand embodies the 7 Brew culture of kindness and operational excellence. This role is highly collaborative, highly visible, and critical to Brewtopia’s growth story. Requirements What You’ll Do Lead All New Store Opening (NSO) Operations • Oversee the complete end-to-end timeline for every new stand opening, from pre-hiring through grand opening. • Design, manage, and optimize the NSO tracker ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across all teams. • Facilitate weekly NSO meetings to keep stakeholders on track and problem-solve barriers quickly. Staffing, Hiring & Culture Launch • Collaborate with Training and Operations leadership to plan and execute all hiring for new stands. • Build strong, connected teams by modeling Brewtopia culture, engaging with stand teams, and supporting managers pre- and post-opening. • Maintain deep operational proficiency so you can coach, lead, and model expectations. Stand Setup & Operational Readiness • Lead the delivery, installation, and validation of all equipment, smallwares, and technology systems, including TouchPoint, CrunchTime, and Schedules. • Ensure all materials — iPads, card readers, kits, uniforms, swag, signage — are ready and onsite before training begins. • Manage health department licensing, inspections, permit readiness, and coordination with local vendors. Grand Opening Execution & Local Marketing Support • Partner with Marketing on grand opening strategies including Swag Day, local PR, drive-thru signage, and digital campaigns. • Oversee Drink Drops, community outreach, and all guest-facing launch activities that build excitement and awareness. • Ensure each opening reflects the Brewtopia energy — fast, fun, connected, and memorable. Cross-Functional Leadership • Serve as the connective tissue between departments (Training, Ops, Marketing, HR, Facilities, and IT). • Identify gaps, build processes, and create scalable systems as we open more stands each year. • Continually refine and improve the NSO playbook to drive speed, consistency, and excellence. Who You Are • 5+ years of experience leading multi-unit QSR or high-volume retail operations, with direct new-store opening experience preferred. • Comfortable with heavy travel across New York and Michigan. • A builder — you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating structure, processes, and repeatable systems. • A motivating people leader who builds culture, inspires teams, and communicates with clarity and confidence. • Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and relentless about timelines and execution. • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and problem-solving under pressure. • Tech-savvy, with experience using QSR operational systems.
