We're looking for an experienced and strategic Director of IT who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You'll be the one to optimize our technology—from the infrastructure and applications to our data systems. This is a key leadership role where you'll make sure our IT innovations support our business goals, keep our systems reliable and secure, and help us get the most out of our technology investments. You'll work closely with leadership, operations, and regulatory teams to help us grow, streamline processes, and roll out company-wide technology solutions that boost efficiency and give us a competitive edge. What you'll do: Lead the charge on IT projects that help us hit our business goals and work smarter. Be the go-to person for all our IT infrastructure: networks, hardware, cybersecurity, and everything in between. Match our tech to our evolving business needs with smart, cost-effective, and future-proof solutions. Turn business needs into tech strategies, balancing quick wins with long-term scalability. Keep the lights on—ensure our critical systems (like our ERP and WMS) are always up and running and that support is there when people need it. Set the standards by implementing IT policies and procedures to keep our systems secure and compliant. Be a savvy spender by managing vendors and making sure we're getting the best value from our IT budget. Build a fortress of security to protect our data and systems from risks like downtime and unauthorized access. Drive continuous improvement by making sure our team has the training, support, and change management they need to succeed.
