ABOUT THE ROLE This role combines procurement management and data analysis to ensure the company operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and with strong supplier partnerships. You’ll source and evaluate vendors, monitor inventory needs, maintain accurate purchasing records, and produce recurring analytical reports that guide strategic decision-making across departments. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive problem-solvers who leverage technology, manage multiple projects seamlessly, and consistently drive operational improvements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing. • Work with departments to assess procurement needs and source appropriate solutions. • Help track inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to prevent shortages or overstocking. • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, COGs, and invoices. • Assist in audits and provide documentation to support procurement activities. • Recommend process improvements and innovative strategies for efficient procurement management. • Conduct data analysis and recurring reporting, providing insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning. • Influencer payout report and reconciliation • Rollover projections and reconciliation • Churn reports and subscription management • Lead and contribute to projects that enhance our operational capabilities, including the integration of new technologies and systems. • Perform various departmental responsibilities to maximize the effectiveness of the department. • Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve Operations related customer issues QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret analytics, and leverage technology to solve problems and improve processes. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing various projects and deadlines simultaneously. • A proactive, ambitious mindset, with a passion for innovation and excellence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet software.
