About the Role We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys customer service, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional support needed in the warehouse. Responsibilities Office / Internal Sales Duties (Majority of Time): • Provide internal sales support to the team • Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email • Enter orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate documentation • Support daily office operations as needed Warehouse Support (As Needed): • Assist with picking, packing, and labeling products • Lift boxes up to 25 lbs • Maintain an organized and safe work environment Schedule & Work Environment • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM • 30-minute lunch + 15-minute break • Casual or business casual dress code • PPE provided Requirements • Entry-level welcome • 1 year of customer service experience preferred • Warehouse experience is a plus • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Must pass a clean background check • Able to lift up to 25 lbs Company DescriptionStaff Force Personnel Services: 3560 Forest Ln, Dallas, TX 75234 Hours of application: Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
