Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is crucial in ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive experience for all guests. Duties • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly atmosphere. • Handle check-in and check-out processes accurately, ensuring reservations and billing details are correct. • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately. • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. • Welcome and assist guests with exceptional customer service. This order ensures a smooth workflow, enhancing both guest and operational management and facilitating efficient, organized office operations. • Maintain a tidy, well-arranged, and presentable office environment. • Keep the reception area organized by managing appointment calendars and scheduling meetings. • Organize and maintain educational kits and materials in an accessible and orderly manner. • Perform additional clerical duties to support office management functions, such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies. • Assist with managing inventory, including meticulous record-keeping of inventory in and out. • Handle office inventory, maintain precise records, and oversee the ordering of supplies as needed. • Manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries. • Maintain petty cash, oversee budget expenditures, and monitor office spending to stay within budget limits. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective service delivery. • Monitor employee attendance records and ensure timely communication with staff. • Manage student interactions, ensuring safety and appropriate behavior during sessions. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and address any related concerns. • Coordinate and maintain accurate class schedules and records, supporting a well-structured learning environment.
