Bovio Rubino Service is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a HVAC Service Technician. Pay: As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be paid $30.00 - $40.00/hour depending on experience and be eligible to earn company SPIFF bonuses. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will: Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with a customer’s HVAC system Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on their HVAC system, their options related to its maintenance, repair or replacement and the importance of annual HVAC system maintenance and answering any customer questions Service, repair and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment Communicate with the dispatch team regularly to ensure timely service and updates to the customer Safely drive between jobsites in a company-provided vehicle At Bovio Rubino Service, you will find: A company culture dedicated to employee growth through training and support On-site paid weekly training to advance your career Live fire training facility access Weekly pay 8 health insurance plan options, including 5 options where the employee pays nothing for their premium!!!
