Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. Duties • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through warm calling and outreach. • Lead negotiations to secure contracts and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and revenue growth. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including technical sales discussions and presentations. • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress. • Provide insights through analysis of customer data to inform business development strategies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, demonstrating leadership skills throughout the process.
