About the role As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate engineering programmes and platform initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will ensure that technical workstreams progress efficiently, dependencies are managed effectively, and stakeholders remain aligned on objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring our platform evolves efficiently and continues to support the company’s rapid growth roadmap. Responsibilities Program Delivery Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives across engineering teams. Drive progress across platform components, backend services, tools, and supporting systems. Create clear delivery plans, track progress, and ensure milestones are met. Coordinate work across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA Automation, Security, and Data teams Technical Alignment Work with Architects and Technical Leads to understand technical requirements and dependencies. Ensure technical risks, decisions, and constraints are identified and communicated early. Process and Workflow Improvement Support improvements in CI/CD, automation, engineering tools, and development processes. Help teams adopt new technologies and workflows smoothly. Stakeholder Communication Provide structured updates to the HOD of PPM, C-Level and D-Level leadership. Facilitate technical meetings, planning sessions, and cross-team reviews. Ensure transparency on progress, risks, timelines, and decision points. Risk and Issue Management Identify and manage programme risks, blockers, and impacts. Ensure issues are documented, prioritised, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner. Requirements 3 - 4 years’ experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management. Proven experience working with engineering teams, technical leads, and architects. Strong technical literacy and ability to engage meaningfully in discussions involving architecture, integrations, and system behaviour. Ability to manage large, complex technical programmes with multiple dependencies. Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior technical stakeholders. Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Proactive mindset with a solutions-focused attitude. Fluent in English. Nice to have Experience in online gaming, gambling, or regulated digital industries. Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerisation, microservices, or other modern architectures. Experience collaborating with DevOps, SRE, QA Automation, or Security teams. Experience coordinating distributed or multicultural engineering teams.
