We offer a competitive pay, great benefits including: * Comprehensive health benefits * Highly competitive compensation * 401k with company match * Paid time off * Paid training * 8 paid Holidays Logistics Coordinator overview: The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations by managing route planning and providing frontline support to our field-based workforce. This position splits time between developing and maintaining optimized service routes to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness and also serving as a primary contact for field staff to ensure smooth execution of service activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where analytical thinking and real-time problem-solving skills are essential. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with logistics and routing software, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between office and field operations. Job Duties: * Work closely with Regional Service Managers to ensure all field needs are being met. This will include weekly meetings with the regional manager. * Use problem solving in a fast-paced environment to provide support to technicians in the field. This includes assistance with route adjustments, work order application, purchases, and general questions. * Oversee a region of the United States while building routes that meet the customer requirements and optimize efficiency. * Follow key performance metrics for measuring route efficiency and fleet performance. * Coordinate equipment schedules for standard and special services. * Utilize various customer portals and process documents. * Collaborate with customer service to ensure customer work schedules meet contractual guidelines. * Participate in and drive continuous improvement opportunities targeting cost reduction, service enhancements and improved safety in collaboration with field management and production. * Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred). * Experience: Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination a plus * Skills: * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. Work Environment: * Office-based (Potential for some opportunity to work from home) * Working shift may include one weekend day * May require flexibility in working hours as needed
