Company: Bolsa Nova handbags Bohemian buttery leather handbag brand that is designed in NY and made in Italy. Selling to retail stores, including Free People, Nordstrom and through showrooms across the USA. Also, direct sales through our website. Great opportunity to join a fast-growing fashion brand. Part time hours: 2 days a week 10-2 Tuesday and Thursday. Flexible hours. Great work/life balance. Daily Responsibilities: • Daily shipping website orders- Including tagging and boxing, preparing UPS slips. Includes learning online Shopify and other websites. • Open and close the Bolsa Nova studio. • Greet and assit walk-in customers • Maintain and update inventory across platforms. • Organize studio space product displays as needed • Support the owner / designer with various daily tasks and creative projects • Knolwlege of TikToc a plus Sales Management: • Help manage the back end for large retail accounts. Require learning new computer programs. • Sales phone calls. Will train. • Good with analytics, Excel and sales numbers a plus. Experience (Willing to Train): • Must be comfortable working on and learning new software, and working on a Mac. • Must be organized and have a great attention to detail. • Would like knowledge of Office programs, including Outlook. • Knowledge of Excel is essential. • Willing to do some physical labor, including moving and packing boxes and organizing large shipments. • An eye for fashion Trends, colors, and design is a plus, but not necessary. • Mid-day hours needed. Set weekly schedules but we may add hours from time to time for events and market weeks. • In office work only. Tasks depend on experience. Can grow in a bigger role with the right person.
