Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Available Compensation: • Tech III: $37.08/hr + 2% annual bonus • Tech IV: $39.14/hr + 2% annual bonus • +$1 shift differential for overnight hours (10PM–6AM) About the Role We are hiring multiple Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Levels II–IV) to support a high-volume food manufacturing facility. These roles are hands-on and critical to plant uptime, preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues. You will work across production lines performing advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Tech III / IV responsibilities vary by level but include: • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems • Diagnose and repair motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, and control devices • Use multimeters; read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints • Operate machine shop tools; fabricate/modify parts when needed • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow GMP standards • Respond quickly to equipment failures with corrective action • Support safety, food safety, and plant regulatory standards • Tech III+: advanced troubleshooting across multiple production lines • Tech IV: PLC diagnostics, minor programming adjustments, VFD troubleshooting; mentor junior techs What We’re Looking For • Tech III: 5+ years mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience Industrial Maintenance • Tech IV: 7+ years advanced maintenance experience; PLC/VFD experience required • Strong electrical experience: low & high voltage troubleshooting with multimeter • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals • Mechanical repair experience with power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics • Food manufacturing experience is a major plus • Able to climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and perform physically demanding work Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision • Strong 401(k) program (3% contribution even if you contribute 0%; dollar-for-dollar match on 4–6%) • Annual bonus eligibility • Career growth within a national organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37.08 - $39.14 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Please list your electrical experience with multi meter, reading schematics, and controls experience.
