Industrial Maintenance Technician Recruiting by BoldX Talent on behalf of our client Our client, a fast-moving food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a full-time onsite role with competitive pay and strong benefits. Why You’ll Love This Role • Competitive hourly rate: $31.83/hr • Full benefits package • Growth, training, and hands-on technical work • Stable, long-term career in manufacturing maintenance What You’ll Do • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Repair and rebuild mechanical drive systems, conveyors, clutches, and brakes • Conduct welding, cutting, soldering, and pipefitting tasks • Inspect components and identify mechanical wear or failures • Adjust mechanical timing and ensure proper equipment operation • Use SAP or CMMS software for work orders, parts tracking, and reporting • Follow strict safety, quality, and environmental guidelines • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace • Support production needs across multiple work areas and varying shifts • Obtain or maintain any required state/local certifications for boilers, refrigeration, or specialized equipment QualificationsMinimum Requirements • High school diploma or GED • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability • Ability to learn new technology and equipment Preferred Qualifications • 1+ year experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role • Background in industrial equipment repair, HVAC, electrical, welding, or automotive repair • Technical/trade school training a plus Benefits Full-time employees may receive: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement benefits • Paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave • Professional development and leadership training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31.83 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Please describe your maintenance tech experience in 2-3 sentences.
