Strategy and Integration Lead - Business Operations Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Strategy and Integration Lead to join their team in one of the following locations: North Charleston, SC; Arlington, VA; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA; Auburn, WA; Chicago, IL; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley, MO; Dallas, TX; or Plano, TX. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global Talent, Development, and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) organization in driving a consistent and integrated work execution model across the 500+ person organization. This role demands a highly strategic and collaborative approach to leading projects across organizational boundaries, ensuring that work management practices are effective and consistent. It involves synthesizing information from across business facing Human Resources (HR) teams and HR teams responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide practices, strategies, and tools, and aligning the GTD&EE operations with Boeing's overarching objectives. The Global Talent, Development, & Employee Experience organization oversees strategic direction related to building a pipeline of excellence by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent and fostering a workplace where all teammates are respected, valued, and play a key part in advancing Boeing’s mission. The organization includes core talent functions including talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, culture, and learning and development. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in business operations, with a preference for prior experience in human resources. This individual must be adept at independently generating and analyzing complex strategic data, effectively articulating insights, and defending recommendations to senior leadership. Such capabilities are essential for facilitating informed decision-making that aligns with Boeing's mission to foster a workplace where every employee can thrive. The candidate should demonstrate an ambidextrous mindset, capable of thinking long-term while also acting decisively in the moment. They must be able to hold multiple perspectives simultaneously and triangulate information to make recommendations that enhance business value. Furthermore, the candidate should be proficient in taking direction through various communication channels, including email, text, chats, face-to-face interactions, and phone conversations. Exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication abilities, and a self-driven attitude with a sense of ownership are also critical attributes for this role. Position Responsibilities: Serve as the primary integrator for the GTD&EE organization, ensuring effective execution of the operating rhythm and alignment with leadership priorities Drive a consistent approach to project management and information flow for enterprise-wide deployments and manages specific business operations processes Assist in managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed flawlessly on time and within budget Organize and lead regular meetings with strategy and integration partners within the organization and across HR to discuss ongoing projects, address challenges, and share best practices Oversee high-level meetings regarding complex human capital subjects, building alignment and driving decision-making; provide thought leadership to generate unique insights, content, or alignment that frame difficult business problems into actionable solutions Oversee and streamline HR processes specific to GTD&EE, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with overall corporate objectives and reflected in Long Range Business Plan Conduct research, analyze data, and provide detailed insights to support decision-making across the highest echelon of the organization Assist the organization’s Chief of Staff and Leadership Team members in the development of integrated view of the future business environment and opportunities Support the Vice President and Chief of Staff on other duties related to the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the organization and support core HR requests and actions Draft and review correspondences, presentations, and reports if support of the Vice President Build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the business and across all functions of the organization and HR function Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, keeping abreast of changes in HR laws that may impact the organization Travel up to 10% domestically to support business and team requirements This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources and/or Business Operations 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives Experience leading a team in a formal and/or informal role, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members Experience translating strategy and data into actionable insights and recommendations Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to global audiences Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher 10+ years of experience in Business Operations Adept use of advanced office tools such as Boeing Generative AI, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual content development Experience in developing long-term people strategies and being a strategic business partner supporting a leadership team Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
