Training period is 2 weeks, including product and sales training. Training will be split between virtual, Westland, and Allen Park. Compensation $1,000 monthly salary + Commission+ Bonus Commission Structure • all polices must issue from underwriting to receive compensation • Commission paid from annual premium on all financial services and fire insurance • Commission paid from semi-annual premium on all Auto • New Auto 2-4% commission • Fire policy 2-4% commission • Life Policy- 20% Commission • Health Application- 20% commission Bonus Weekly Sales Bonuses and prizes Expectations • 600 outbound phone calls per week • 20 new households per month • Learn the insurance industry and how to become a state farm agent. • Contacting current clients about insurance reform Manager: Bobby Branch Bobby J.
