Bobby Branch Part Time Office Administrative Assistant Part time: · $15- 18 per hour · Health insurance · Monday, Wednesday, Friday work week (off Thursday and Tuesday) · 9am – 5pm Duties include: · Answering and routing phone calls · Managing Customer Renewals · Assisting customers with billing and payment questions · Scanning and attaching paperwork · Opening office and office general upkeep · Payroll Assistance · Phone interviewing candidates for sales and service positions · Mail handling · Scheduling appointments · Telemarketing current and former clients · Upselling current customers · Note taking and task creation · Money handling · Creating Weekly Customer Service/activity reports for managers Qualifications · Reliable transportation · Strong computer skills · Experience in customer service and problem solving · Must be willing to work independently and within a team environment · Must be a self-starter · Positive and optimistic perspective a must · Opportunity for promotion Insurance Licensing · Property and Casualty License Required · Agent will pay for materials The Bobby Branch Agency is an equal opportunity employer. About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Westland. Our office is open 9am-5pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2011. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Detroit Mercy. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
