We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Client Service I to join our BNY Wealth team. This role is remote. Role Overview: Provide high-quality day-to-day support to a specialized client base by resolving operational and technical issues, delivering information on BNY products and services, and directing clients to appropriate internal resources. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure client requests are executed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a selected number of client accounts of limited complexity. Address and resolve routine operational and technical client inquiries, applying problem-solving skills based on experience and precedent. Provide clients with accurate information about BNY products and services within a limited scope of business lines and geographies. Escalate non-routine or complex issues to appropriate internal teams as needed. Monitor and track client inquiries and issues to support business development and improve client experience. Participate in internal initiatives aimed at enhancing client service and operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-3 years of work experience preferred, ideally in client services or an operational area. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver excellent client service. Basic understanding of BNY broader services and offerings is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $52,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
