Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager, Franchise Development plays a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the US by identifying, cultivating, and converting franchise prospects across two brands—BNI and Corporate Connections. This role owns the full sales cycle within designated geographic markets, including Master Franchise Territories and Sub-franchise Regions, and contributes to both short- and long-term strategic growth plans. This role blends outside sales execution with strategic pipeline development, process ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and brand stewardship. Roles and Responsibilities: Market Ownership & Strategic Growth • Facilitate short- and long-term strategic plans to support brand expansion across the US. • Own franchise sales prospecting, cultivation, and conversion within assigned territories. • Build and implement pipelines that generate conversion opportunities aligned with annual sales goals. • Understand and articulate the brand growth strategy and value proposition across both BNI and Corporate Connections. Sales Execution & Candidate Engagement • Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process, from initial outreach to final contract, with support from leadership in closing stages. • Conduct discovery calls, lead primary meetings, and maintain consistent communication throughout the candidate journey. • Oversee the franchise sales process, including lead handling, candidate interviews, application evaluation, and contract awarding. • Develop due diligence presentations for brand leadership and ensure business partners understand key findings. • Learn and apply the brand growth strategy and communicate the brand value proposition clearly to prospective partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness and achieve brand goals. • Leverage tools, systems, and resources to support prospects and new franchisees through the application process. • Stay informed on Brand FDD, market trends, and data analytics to enhance sales strategy and candidate conversations. • Collaborate with franchise legal counsel to implement compliance systems aligned with federal and regional laws. Performance & Accountability • Achieve individual, team, and brand growth goals through effective execution of selling fundamentals and multi-channel sales strategies. • Engage in active networking and media outreach to drive accountability and visibility in target markets. • Participate in role acceleration training and ongoing development opportunities. • Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update pipeline progress. • Provide feedback on lead quality, market dynamics, and campaign effectiveness.
