Full Description

Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Job description: A locally established design-build firm located in Rockville, MD is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of commercial and government projects. Responsibilities: • Review design-build drawings for coordination • Provide submittals, construction schedule • Monitor project deliverables • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress • Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them • Be able to handle multiple different projects at once ranging in size from $100,000 to over $5 million. Qualifications: • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is required • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills • Professional Maryland architectural / engineering license is highly preferred • Working experience with local DC area local government agencies is highly preferred • Strong PC skills with expert knowledge of various office and construction scheduling software Some of the Benefits Include: • Benefits include health insurance • 401k w/ match up to 5% • Two weeks of PTO This is not a hybrid or remote role
