Compensation Structure Bluecore Capital offers a performance-based compensation model designed to reward high-achieving sales professionals. As a W-9 independent contractor, you will receive a competitive 50/50 commission split on all closed deals, providing unlimited earning potential based on your results. Ideal Candidate Profile This opportunity is best suited for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of success in commission-based environments. Candidates with prior experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry will find themselves particularly well-positioned to excel in this role.
