Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant with Social Media experience to support our team with a variety of administrative, social media, and office management tasks. This role offers flexibility to work remotely while contributing to the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer literacy, strong organizational skills, and experience in office management and customer service. Bilingual abilities are a plus, along with familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and multi-line phone systems. This position is perfect for someone with clerical experience seeking a flexible, part-time role that combines administrative duties with social media management. Duties • Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments efficiently using calendar management tools • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for records and documents • Support office management tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic QuickBooks entry • Oversee social media accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance online presence • Provide customer support through email or phone inquiries, ensuring excellent service standards • Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and organizing files to support daily operations Requirements • Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications • Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools • Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not mandatory (Chinese or Korean) • Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively • Prior experience in clerical roles such as front desk receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is a plus This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team while enjoying flexible working hours.
