In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our valued clients, leveraging your experience to ensure seamless service and support. From coordinating with 401(k) providers to resolving account details, you’ll handle it all with professionalism and a client-first mindset. Background Requirements: • At least 2 years of client-facing RIA or Wealth Management experience • Strong experience working with custodial software (Pershing, Schwab, etc) and CRM software • Strong experience interfacing with custodians to open accounts, process transfers, execute and follow-up on account service items Responsibilities: • Initiate and process work cases on clients’ investment accounts • Interact with clients to inform them of case status • Follow up with account custodians to ensure completion of work cases • Field calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries Skills Needed: • Excellent attention to detail and professional demeanor • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Comfortable communicating via phone and email with clients • Research and investigative skills to find solutions and complete cases • Ability to identify and improve workflow areas • Positive and friendly attitude!
