Job Summary BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is hiring anAdministrative Assistants to work at our Headquarters in Syosset NY. Responsibilities 1. Answers phones and general inquires. 2. Generate and or pull reports from various systems. 3. Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets. 4. Office filing, maintain and update files. 5. Write various types of communications including emails, letters and memos. 6. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned Skills 1. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 2. Possess superior verbal and written communication skills. 3. Must be as comfortable interacting with the executives as you are with non-executives. 4. Must be able to build rapport with employees, clients and vendors. 5. Must be a problem-solver with strong analytical skills. 6. Must be organized, detailed-oriented and possess a professional demeanor.
