Position Overview This role leads the production of enhancement projects for HOA clients, overseeing $4M in annual work. The manager directs four dedicated crews, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibility for scheduling, logistics, and snow operations in the winter season. Key Responsibilities: • Manage $4 million of annual enhancement work. • Lead four crews (3–4 people each) across HOA-focused enhancement projects. • Oversee sod, trees, mulch, flowers, seasonal color, and monument sign installations. • Handle scheduling, routing, purchasing, and project logistics. • Ensure completion of work orders and ticket closure in Aspire software. • Collaborate with Account Managers to upsell enhancements to existing clients. • Transition into snow management during winter, overseeing 6–10 commercial sites. Qualifications: • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required, or experience working with spanish speaking crews. • 5+ years of experience in landscape production or related field leadership. • Strong background in enhancements (sod, planting, seasonal color). • Proficiency with scheduling/routing software (Aspire preferred). • Proven leadership skills managing crews and multiple projects. • Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
