BLOOD ASSURANCE is hiring a bilingual Hispanic and Latino Initiative Account Manager to develop partnerships with current and potential organizations to grow blood collections within the Hispanic and Latino communities. This position would be based out of the greater Chattanooga, greater Nashville, or Dalton, Georgia area.  The primary job responsibilities include calling on current and potential accounts who will help plan and support our new Hispanic/Latino Blood Donation Center and mobile blood drives  for collecting the life-saving blood products that patients in our communities need. Traveling 3-4 days per week in the Middle Tennessee Area with minimal overnight travel is required as is coordination and cooperation with operations teams in order to successfully meet monthly collection goals.
