Title: Solutions Architect ETL & Ab Initio / Lead II Enterprise Solutions Location: Remote Duration: Fulltime Interview: Phone + Video Job Description We are seeking a Solutions Architect who will design, deliver, and maintain enterprise-level solutions while ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security standards. This role provides technical leadership across ETL, Ab Initio, integration, and enterprise architecture initiatives. Responsibilities • Deliver and maintain comprehensive solution designs and supporting documentation. • Ensure end-to-end architectural integrity aligned with enterprise standards. • Maintain solution maps, logical diagrams, component architecture, and design artifacts. • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture and information security documentation. • Provide deep technical expertise in ETL processes and the Ab Initio platform. • Design scalable data integration and transformation solutions. • Support architecture for mobile and web solutions (iOS, Android, responsive web). • Participate in Ecosystem Architecture Review (EAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. • Support Technology Standards and Assurance Group (TSAG) and technology roadmap alignment. • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on solution design. • Manage architecture Kanban board, including defects and technical debt. • Stay updated on emerging architecture trends and best practices. • Support proofs of concept (POCs) and evaluate solution risks across business, application, and technology layers. • Create HLDs, architectural flows, logical diagrams, and backend system architecture. • Contribute to enterprise architecture standards and methodologies. Required Qualifications • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ETL and Ab Initio. • Strong expertise in ETL frameworks, data integration, transformation, and performance tuning. • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and security principles. • Proven ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise solutions. • Experience in mobile/web architecture (iOS, Android, responsive web). Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., CA Agile Central). • Experience in the healthcare or insurance domain.
