Supervise assistant project manager, manage project schedules, costs, documentation, safety enforcement, and relationship management with subcontractors and owners.
Requires a 4-year degree plus 3-5 years relevant experience, OSHA 10 certification, proficiency in multiple construction management software, and strong leadership and communication skills.
