Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership Engagement Manager, located in Birmingham, MI, with some flexibility for remote work. The Membership Engagement Manager will focus on ensuring member satisfaction and retention by managing membership accounts and providing first-rate customer service. Primary responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance member engagement, planning and coordinating events, and maintaining relationships with members. The role also entails analyzing membership data to identify trends and opportunities. Qualifications • Proven skills in Membership Management and Customer Service, with a focus on fostering positive relationships and member satisfaction. • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and identify opportunities for growth and engagement. • Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, to effectively engage members and stakeholders. • Experience with Event Planning and coordination to organize engaging events that align with the Chamber’s mission. • Proficiency with CRM software and other membership management tools is a plus. • Self-motivated with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid work environment. • Previous experience in a membership organization or customer-focused role is highly beneficial. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
