Biovitality Research, LLC Remote | Commission-Based | High-Growth Opportunity Biovitality Research, LLC is seeking an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercialization efforts for MORE-REPS™, a breakthrough neuromuscular endurance supplement supported by more than 15 years of R&D. We are also hiring Assistant VP-level team members who will support the VP’s initiatives while developing their own sales pipelines. The selected VP will help choose these assistant roles to ensure a unified and coordinated approach to our target companies. About the Company Biovitality Research, LLC is a nutritional science company focused on innovative formulations designed to enhance neuromuscular endurance. Our flagship product, MORE-REPS™, has shown an average 68.3% increase in one-arm curl endurance (n=41, p<0.001) using our proprietary One-Arm Curl Test (OACT™) (patent pending). With a legacy tied to a product valued at $150–$200 million at retail in the early 1990s — and a realistic modern-day potential of five times that volume — Biovitality is positioned for its strongest commercial opportunity to date. What You’ll Do As VP of Sales & Marketing, you will: • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for MORE-REPS™ • Identify and engage target companies, including executives, scientists, and licensing partners • Oversee and coordinate all Sales & Marketing communications • Build and lead a team of assistant VPs • Work directly with the CEO to shape licensing, partnership, and sales initiatives • Help guide product positioning, messaging, and testing pathways • Participate in light science-based training to ensure accurate product representation This role is remote and entrepreneurial, with high upside for candidates who can drive licensing deals, major sales contracts, or product distribution agreements. Who We’re Looking For Ideal candidates will have: • Proven Sales and/or Marketing experience (B2B, licensing, or health product experience is a plus) • Skill in identifying key decision-makers in target companies • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities • The desire to work in a fast-moving, science-based environment • Optional: background or coursework in biology, chemistry, physiology, or neuroscience Unique Product Familiarization Opportunity Candidates are strongly encouraged to personally evaluate MORE-REPS™ using our patented (pending) One-Arm Curl Test (OACT™) over three weeks. This simple test requires only a single dumbbell and 30 minutes of total effort, providing firsthand demonstration of the supplement’s neuromuscular endurance benefits. Compensation This role is commission-based, with earnings tied to: • Sales of MORE-REPS™ • Licensing deals • Long-term revenue arrangements brought to the company Commission structures can provide immediate payouts once partner companies submit payments. Up to 50% of total revenue generated may be distributed among Sales & Marketing personnel, based on agreements with the VP and CEO. Given historical numbers and market inflation, total revenue potential is significant — the CEO is open to any structure that brings seven-figure opportunities to the team.
