We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Brand Ambassador who is creative, motivated, and excited to help elevate the company’s visibility and reputation. About the Role This role is designed for a highly creative individual who can own social media content creation, brand storytelling, public-facing communications, and multimedia design. The primary focus includes Brand Content & Social Management and public relations outreach. Secondary functions include support for online reputation, SEO assistance, and general brand-building across digital platforms. Primary Responsibilities Brand Content & Social Management • Create high-quality branded graphics, videos, and multimedia content for all major social platforms. • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and platform engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. • Develop creative concepts and brand storytelling initiatives to grow visibility and engagement. • Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. • Maintain an organized library of creative assets and templates. Public Relations & Brand Outreach • Research and identify PR opportunities such as podcasts, interviews, blogs, and industry media. • Assist in pitching Big Think Capital executives for media features and appearances. • Help draft outreach messages, media briefs, and press materials. • Maintain tracking lists, coordinate media communication, and manage placement calendars. Secondary Responsibilities Online Reputation Management • Monitor Google, BBB, Trustpilot, and other review platforms. • Assist in responding to and managing customer reviews. • Support review-generation initiatives to increase positive volume. • Track weekly reputation performance metrics. Website & SEO Support • Assist with basic website updates and content refreshes. • Support backlink management, citation updates, and SEO-related tasks. • Monitor keyword rankings and organic performance with guidance. • Coordinate with external SEO/web partners when needed. Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, branding, or digital design. • Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Suite preferred). • Experience filming and editing short-form content for TikTok/IG Reels. • Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and brand aesthetics. • Able to travel when needed for content creation. • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
