ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Program Associate is instrumental in supporting the Beyond Petrochemicals (BPC) Team in administrative and program management functions. The Program Associate supports project management, scheduling and travel, event planning, and daily workflow to ensure that projects move forward in an efficient and timely manner. This is a full-time, remote, exempt position that reports to the Senior Program Associate. ABOUT RESOURCES LEGACY FUND The Beyond Petrochemicals program is a fiscally sponsored project of Resources Legacy Fund (RLF). ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Administration Coordinate logistics for retreats, events, team meetings, planning sessions and/or community engagements, including making arrangements for team travel. Identify ways to support the team’s work and logistics, sharing recommendations with the Senior Program Associate. Manage meeting scheduling, document preparation, briefing memos, and travel needs for select team members. Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting documents, and preparing documents and/or presentations on the team’s behalf. Complete expense and reimbursement reports for select staff. Program Support Synthesize information, collect input, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Collect metrics and update tracking documents in areas of program work such as media, campaign events, or other. Support the Senior Program Associate in managing the team’s work plans and standard operating procedures. Ability to travel as needed, at minimum quarterly. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The salary range for this position is 65,000 - 75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. RLF offers an alternate Fridays off work schedule (employees work 40 hours one week, 32 hours the next week) and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan with a 5% match, and generous paid time off.
