We are a fun, rewarding and innovative small business in Frederick in search of a part-time night cleaner in Broomfield CO area. Cleaning Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3hrs(Must Arrive between 5pm-5:30pm) Tuesday, Thursday for 1.5hrs (Must Arrive between5-5:30pm) Total Hours: 12hrs Additional hours may become available if desired. Must be Physically able to use a backpack vacuum, mop, go up and down stairs. It is a three story building. Cleaning/Janitorial/Custodian Experience is a Plus, but not required. We will train the right person. We do provide all materials (cleaning supplies, PPE, rags, equipment, etc.) necessary to safely perform the job responsibilities. Light-duty cleaning consists of wiping down desks, counter tops, bathrooms, breakrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping and dusting. Requirements · Must be dependable and show to every shift · Must be able to work independently · Must be a quick learner with attention to detail. · Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably.
