Are you an animal lover with a passion for helping people? Our busy, friendly veterinary clinic is looking for a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with clients, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to exceptional pet care. Job Overview • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily calendars • Assist with client check-in and check-out • Handle payments and maintain accurate records • Provide general information about our services and policies • Support the veterinary team with smooth front-desk operations What We’re Looking For • Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail • Comfort working with computers and scheduling software.
