Position Overview: We’re hiring a Customer Service / Relocation Specialist to play a vital role in both our sales and customer service operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, provide moving quotes, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, provide quotes, and convert inquiries into bookings • Accurately gather information from customers to create customized moving quotes • Explain our services clearly and confidently to help customers choose the best options for their needs • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and bookings • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and schedule updates Schedule & Compensation: • Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience and performance • Monthly Bonus • Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Rotating Saturday shifts: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (typically once or twice a month) • Sundays off What We're Looking For: • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written • Experience in customer service or inside sales (moving industry experience a plus, but not required) • Comfortable working on the phone and handling multiple tasks at once • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills • A team player who’s proactive and eager to learn • Familiarity with CRM software or quoting tools is a bonus Why Join Us? • Family-owned, team-oriented environment • Opportunities for growth within the company • Competitive pay with potential performance bonuses • Training provided — no moving industry experience required • Make a real difference by helping customers through an important life transition Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: • Alpharetta, GA 30004 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Alpharetta, GA 30004: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
