Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Industrial Maintenance Technician located in Chino, CA. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Day-to-day tasks include performing inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, executing preventative maintenance, and adhering to safety standards within the facility. Collaboration with team members and reporting on maintenance activities will also be integral to this role. Qualifications • Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and machinery maintenance. • Knowledge in diagnosing and resolving electrical systems and control issues, including wiring, PLCs, and motors. • Knowledge in communication with technical support to resovle techinical and PLC issues . • Experience with preventative maintenance procedures and maintaining tools and equipment. • Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and practices in an industrial setting. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment on-site. • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred. • Experience in using microsoft 365 and communication via email . • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, or related fields preferred.
