Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations • Manage existing accounts through proactive account management and upselling strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue • Lead business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and nurturing long-term relationships • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Requirements • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Strong management skills • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients • Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies • Knowledge of retail sales environments or inside sales experience is advantageous • Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth • Ability to deliver engaging product demos and conduct technical sales presentations confidently • Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships Who we want: • Someone who loves selling • Obsessed with growth, not comfort • Hungry to build relationships with contractors, homeowners, designers, and property managers • Fearless on the phone, confident in person, relentless with follow-up • Willing to learn the Wal’s Paints system and dominate with it If you bring the attitude, we’ll give you the training, tools, and traffic.
