About the Role As a Sales Lead, you will play a vital role in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture within our retail environment. You will be responsible for supporting management in driving sales growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities • Sales Growth: Support management in driving sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies. • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience, through personalized service and timely issue resolution. • Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
