We're supporting a national food cooperative in Itasca seeking an Office Services Coordinator after an internal promotion. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into or grow within a corporate environment. You'll support both general office operations and the onsite corporate store. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and keeping things running smoothly. This is a contract role starting ASAP! Key Responsibilities • Assist with the corporate store: customer service, stocking, ordering, and maintaining a clean, organized space • Handle daily office services: shipping/receiving, package distribution, restocking breakrooms and supply areas • Reset conference rooms, maintain coffee stations, and support basic facilities needs • Perform daily rounds for mail, trash, recycling, and general upkeep What They're Looking For • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support • Professional communication and strong organization skills • Dependable, positive, and comfortable doing physical tasks (up to ~30 lbs) • Interest in building a corporate career Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
