Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial exchanges. • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and service satisfaction. • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. • Maintain organized office records and documentation related to customer interactions. • Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. Skills • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. • Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining financial accuracy. • Computer literacy with experience in using various software applications for customer management. • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on customer needs. • Excellent client service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. • Experience in outbound calling for follow-ups or sales initiatives is a plus. • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
