The Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across mid-to-senior level Sales & Market, technical, engineering, and commercial roles throughout the US & Canada. You will be responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies, managing talent pipelines across multiple functions, and influencing hiring decisions through data-driven insights. • Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical, engineering, and commercial roles across the US & Canada. • Conduct strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and proactive outreach. • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future business needs, with focus on niche and high-demand skill areas. • Screen and assess candidates for technical alignment, cultural fit, and compensation expectations. • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, Delivery Leaders, and senior executives to define hiring needs and refine talent profiles. • Facilitate hiring manager calibration, interview planning, feedback sessions, and selection decisions. • Influence hiring decisions through market data, pipeline analytics, and real-time recruiting intelligence. • Maintain accurate candidate data, requisition details, and hire workflows within Workday. • Deliver weekly funnel metrics, dashboards, and hire insights to TA, HR, Delivery, and Sales leadership. • Manage candidate expectations and negotiate compensation packages in partnership with Total Rewards. • Ensure compliance with DXC hiring policies, including work authorization, ITAR, background checks, and education/employment verification. • Collaborate with global TA peers to share best practices and streamline recruiting processes. Qualifications • 4+ years of Sales & Market recruiting experience within technology, engineering, enterprise cloud, or consulting environments. Some experience sourcing and recruiting for technical roles, including SAP, Custom Applications, and ServiceNow (SNOW) positions. • Proven success sourcing and hiring technical talent across the US & Canada. • Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders and managing complex, high-volume, or hard-to-fill searches. • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and sourcing tools. • Strong command of recruitment metrics, funnel analytics, and ATS (Workday strongly preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities. • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Ability to represent DXC at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs. Preferred • Experience with enterprise consulting, global delivery models, or agency/RPO recruiting. • Familiarity with compensation structures, segment-based salary bands, and offer approval workflows. • Previous support of ITAR or government-cleared roles.
