Quality Customer Care and Service Representative Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive customer service by answering customer inquiries about wireless device features, service plan details and costs, and billing clarifications. • Assist customers with the setup and activation of new devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure continuous service. • Inform customers about upgrade and service plan modification options, explaining benefits and limitations, and present promotions effectively. • Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their viewpoints, and take prompt action to resolve issues. • Maintain detailed records of all customer service interactions, outlining inquiries and resolutions, and ensure follow-up on unresolved cases. • Represent Lumen positively by demonstrating helpfulness, maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services. • Collaborate with Customer Service Representative team members to enhance customer experience, address urgent matters, and identify sales opportunities.
