Role Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing all core warehouse functions including pick and pack order fulfillment, inventory organization, event logistics support, and facility cleanliness. This role ensures the warehouse operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting company events as needed. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, wholesale orders, and internal requests according to company standards. Ensure accuracy in all order shipments and packaging. Receive inbound shipments. unload pallets. and restock inventory. Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits. Organize inventory shelves. bins. and storage areas to maintain an efficient workflow. Identify low stock levels and notify the Operations team promptly. Warehouse Operations and Facility Maintenance Maintain a clean. organized. and a safe warehouse environment at all times. Clean bathrooms daily. ensure supplies are stocked. and maintain sanitation standards. Take out garbage and recycling daily. ensure dumpsters and disposal areas are kept orderly. Sweep. Mop. Steam vacuum, vacuum and maintain warehouse/office floors and common areas. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. moving pallets. and staging shipments. Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment issues. Event Preparation and Support Pull. pack. and organize inventory and equipment for events. pop ups. activations. and brand engagements. Prepare event kits. display items. merchandising materials. and product quantities as requested. Attend events as needed to support setup. breakdown. inventory management. and on site logistics. Ensure all event returns are checked in accurately and restocked. General Duties Support special projects assigned by the Operations team. Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff. operations. marketing. and event teams. Ensure all workflows follow company SOPs and quality expectations. Qualifications 1- 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience. preferably in an e-commerce environment. Experience with pick and pack operations and inventory handling. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable. punctual. and able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for company events. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes efficiently.
