Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Broker to join our logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled salesman that will be building strong customer relationships. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of sales management within the logistics industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced in B2B sales, 3PL, NVOCC, and logistics sales to contribute to the growth of our organization. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carriers to facilitate transportation and freight solutions • Manage account portfolios through effective customer relationship management (CRM) strategies • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and carriers to ensure profitability and service excellence • Conduct inside sales activities including prospecting new clients through lead generation techniques • Collaborate with internal teams on transportation management systems (TMS), logistics planning, and contract negotiations • Maintain accurate records of shipments, contracts, pricing agreements, and communication logs Experience • Strong background in B2B sales within the freight forwarding or 3PL industry or auto industry • Demonstrated ability in inside sales, lead generation, data entry, and logistics planning • Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong communication abilities to build lasting client relationships This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales and logistics solutions who thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional service while managing complex supply chain processes.
