Senior Vice President, Regional Sales I’m partnering with a global CRDMO seeking an accomplished SVP of Business Development for the West Coast region. The role will oversee the sales teams, developing and executing the regional sale strategy, ensuring achievement of sales, revenue and margin targets, focused on discovery and pre-clinical services. Job Responsibilities • As the SVP you will develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with global commercial goals and corporate growth targets. • You will own regional sales and revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality, and sales performance metrics. • You will build and nurture C-level and senior-level relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Serve as executive sponsor for priority accounts in the region, ensuring client satisfaction, long-term retention and expansion. • Partner with the wider Commercial organization, Operations, Project Management, Finance and Legal, to ensure aligned delivery of customer solutions. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required. • 15+ years of relevant commercial experience in the life sciences industry • At least 7 years in a senior leadership role within a CRO/CDMO/CRDMO. • You should have proven success in executing regional commercial growth strategies and managing large sales organizations. • Experience with revenue forecasting and P&L collaboration. • Based on the West Coast
