Job Description: This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive materials and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead initiatives that stabilize reporting logic, enhance data integrity, and ensure compliance. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage competing priorities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver both interim and long-term solutions within defined timelines. Responsibilities: Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders Works closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives Monitors the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks, and produces program reports for managers and stakeholders Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to perform in alignment with the program objectives Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and decisions on services, builds positive relationships, asks questions, and uses tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations Project Planning & Execution Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for interim and long-term solutions. Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource plans. Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively. Conduct impact analyses for technology platform changes and regulatory updates. Identify operational, reputational, and regulatory risks. Develop and execute transition plans, including stakeholder engagement, training, and phased implementation Issue Management & Governance Own and resolve issue action steps, track remediation progress, and assist with MRA responses. Ensure governance standards are met for interim solutions. Facilitate collaboration across Compliance, Technology, and Reporting teams. Align on data definitions and usage to ensure consistency and accuracy. Executive Communication & Storytelling Prepare executive-ready presentations and synthesize key messages for senior leadership. Provide clear status reporting and decision support. Consider which ones you should highlight. 4. Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down. 5. Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks. 6. Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease. 7. Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer. Keep in mind that the many job searchers will not send a follow-up letter. Sending one can become a competitive advantage.
