Location: Riverside Posted on: 04 December 2025 Assistant Production Manager – Banjo’s Riverside Part Time About Banjo's Banjo’s is currently looking for a disciplined and approachable Assistant Production Manager to join the Riverside team! Leading the Production Team, you’ll be producing high quality, freshly baked goods as well as assisting the Production Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who takes pride in their work – we’d love to hear from you! We’re open 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance. What We Offer • Generous staff discounts • Growth and development opportunities • A supportive work environment Key Responsibilities • Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day • Ensure the Production Team achieves Banjo’s high-quality product standards • Assist the Production Manager to manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering • Effectively communicate with the Sales Team • Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work What We’re Looking For • Confidence, with a positive attitude • You take pride in your work • Experience producing quality baked goods • Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills • A team player, who loves a challenge • A Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent • Experience managing and supporting a team is desirable • Willingness to grow with us Did you know that over 60% of our existing franchisees began their career as a Baker or Sales Assistant?
