About the Opportunity: In this Senior Product Test Engineer position, you will make impacts in the following ways; • Troubleshooting customer product at both a unit level and Circuit Card Assembly level. • When troubleshooting circuit card assemblies, looking at failed circuits, isolating the fault down to a component level, then dispositioning the repair procedures. • Using analog and/or digital electronics and embedded systems including the use of standard electrical lab and test equipment as well as advanced troubleshoot tools to complete tasks. • Support the manufacturing floor as needed to ensure that product continues to move through the process and play a vital part of instilling our company's value of maintaining a lean culture. This includes constantly looking for continuous improvement opportunities. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
