Job Description BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and creative early career communications professional to join our team. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, design, and technology who wants to shape how ideas are brought to life visually and digitally. As the Employee Communications and Engagement team’s Creative & Digital Communications partner, you’ll report to the manager of Functional, Leadership and Change communications. In this role, you’ll provide creative insights to presentation development, communications templates, and digital platform design to deliver compelling communications that inspire and inform employees. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and edit high-impact presentations and visual materials for leadership and the Inc. Communications team. Support creative development including graphics, infographics, multimedia, communications templates, and digital-first content. Partner with colleagues to apply innovative digital tools and technologies to enhance storytelling and the employee experience. Maintain brand and visual identity standards across all communication channels. Assist in the development of templates, toolkits, microsites, and other resources that streamline communications for stakeholders. Stay current on digital and creative communication trends, tools, and techniques bringing fresh ideas to the team #LI-KK1 . Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field with 4 years (2 years with advanced degree) Strong skills in presentation tools, namely PowerPoint. Experience with digital platforms and tools for employee communications (intranet, SharePoint, M365, Teams, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects against deadlines. Collaborative mindset and drive to learn and grow in the communications field. Visual storyteller Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
