#AZAAKI-NONIT We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler (Forklift Operator)Experienceto join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest companies. Warehouse Material Handler (Forklift Operator) Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 (On-site) Duration: 3 Months with possible extension Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Number of Positions: 4 Years of Experience Required: 1 year JOB DESCRIPTION • The Materials Handler will work closely with the Warehouse/Materials Lead to ensure high-quality receiving, shipping, and overall warehouse coordination. Additional Notes: • Assist in the receipt of goods in a full truckload and move delivery to storage bins in reasonable time to support customer shipments. Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Safely operate forklift equipment to place and retrieve materials/products. • Move cases, crates, packaged merchandise, and other materials between dock and storage areas. • Load and unload, stack, sort, pack, and wrap merchandise as required. • Assemble and label pick racks, shelving, lockers, and cabinets to ensure organized warehouse storage. • Sort materials (lenses, laps, etc.) for efficient picking for store orders. • Fill orders from warehouse stock according to order specifications. • Verify all outgoing and incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness. • Assist in shipping & receiving to support increased DC volumes. • Perform additional tasks necessary for warehouse support. Key Skills & Requirements (Highlighted) • Ability to lift 50–70 lbs • Certified Forklift / Motorized Equipment Operation • Ability to read and count in English • UPS shipment creation experience (preferred) • Computer experience (preferred) • Strong organizational skills • Clear and effective communication • Ability to work in standing/walking position for 8 hours • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Previous warehousing experience About Our Client Our client is one of the largest Security service companies in the world.
