Overview Awesung & Bloomsung Inc. is a large-scale integrated warehousing and logistics enterprise specializing in cross-border e-commerce support services, international transportation and customs clearance, Amazon FBA transfer, dedicated air freight lines, and one-stop fulfillment. We operate major warehouse centers across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and Cranbury (NJ), with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet.Due to business growth, our Houston Warehouse is looking for one HR & Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and HR functions. Location: Missouri City, TX 77489 Administrative Responsibilities • Manage daily purchasing for the HOU warehouse, including purchase requests, approval flow, order tracking, invoicing, and returns. • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for warehouse facilities and equipment; maintain equipment records and vendor information. • Maintain and update the HOU Vendor List, assist with vendor selection and price negotiation. • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk. • Organize office supplies, perform quarterly inventory checks, and manage storage/usage records. • Oversee daily office cleanliness checks; replenish restroom and breakroom supplies; coordinate with cleaning staff when areas require re-cleaning. • Handle weekday lunch and afternoon snack orders and pick-ups. • Assist with warehouse team meals and manage office snacks. • Check incoming mail for the HOU warehouse, categorize items, and upload check details. • Communicate with property management for facility-related issues. • Support insurance updates and documentation for the HOU region. • Assist with holiday posters, announcements, and warehouse decorations. • Conduct safety checks for fire extinguishers, PPE, and other safety equipment. • Coordinate maintenance and service appointments for company vehicles. • Book flights and hotels for employees traveling to the HOU warehouse on business trips. Human Resources Responsibilities • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfer documentation. • Maintain employee files and ensure timely document uploads. • Handle attendance reports and support payroll adjustment calculations for HOU employees. • Support HR communication, policy acknowledgment, and training coordination. • Assist headquarters with additional HR/admin projects. • Perform other administrative and HR tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Strong bilingual communication in English and Mandarin; able to communicate equipment issues with mechanics. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Willingness to drive for meal pickup and procurement tasks. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Comfortable moving between office and warehouse areas multiple times daily. • Authorized to work and legally able to file taxes in the U.S. • Willing to complete short-term warehouse rotation to understand operational workflows. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on all HR matters.
